Auction Terms & Conditions
Auction Schedule
Each new auction begins on Friday at 11:00 AM and concludes one week later, on the following Friday, at 10:00 AM.
Payment
Once the auction closes, winning bidders will be notified by email and text and will be asked to verify their payment. Payment must be made in person at the time of item pickup at our Corydon location. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and tap-to-pay.
Final Bids
All winning bids are final. For example, if the winning bid is $3,800, the winner is responsible for paying the full amount. As a nonprofit organization, all funds raised directly support our mission of serving as a gateway to healing for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Please ensure all bids are placed with responsibility and integrity. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Pickup Deadline
Items must be picked up at the Corydon location by 7:00 PM on the second Saturday following the auction’s close. Auctions close each Friday at 10:00 AM. Winners will have until the following Saturday at 7:00 PM, when the store closes, to pick up their item(s).
Nonpayment Policy
If a winner fails to pick up and pay for their item on two separate occasions, their account will be permanently banned from participating in future auctions.
Item Viewing & Authenticity
The Mustard Seed does not authenticate branded items. However, all auction items are available for in-person viewing at our Corydon store during store hours. Please inquire at the counter to view any item.
Additional Notes
- All sales are final. No refunds.
- In-store pickup and payment only.
- Repeated nonpayment will result in a permanent ban from future auctions.
